As our dresses are all created from scratch to your measurements, a variety of pattern styles are used across our range. Please look for the style name of your gown which will then let you know which set of measurements we require from you.
If you are having a custom dress made, please ask Bella via the 'Contact Us' page and she will let you know which measurement set you will need to provide.

INSTRUCTIONS AND MEASUREMENTS FOR SET ONE:
There are 17 required measurements for these dresses. The instructions are as follows:
1 - Height - Total Stature of your body.Measure from the top of your head to the floor(Please measure this size without the shoes)
2 - Neckline - The circumference around the base of your neck.
3 - Shoulder - The distance between two Shoulder joint (the end points of your shoulders) with arms drooping naturally, taken at back.
4 - Upper Bust - Stand, measure around your body above the fullest part of the bust via your armpit.
5 - Bust - Lift your arms to the side and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of the bust.
6 - Under Bust - Stand, measure around your body below the fullest part of the bust. A good guide is where the band of your bra sits under your breasts.
7 - Breast Height - Stand, measure from shoulder to nipple. Think of following your bra strap from the top of your shoulder to the nipple.
8 - Breast Distance - Distance between two nipples while wearing your bra.
9 - Arm Circumference - The girth around your arm
10 - Armhole - Stand, measure your arm root via shoulder edge, front armpit and back armpit. Think of it as going from the edge of your shoulder, down around your armpit and back up to your shoulder.
11 - Sleeve Length - From shoulder seam to length desired, if you order long-sleeved style, it should be taken from shoulder point to the point 1" longer than wrist point.
12 - Waist - Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants. Keep your forefinger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit.
13 - Fore waist circumstance - Stand, measure the distance from shoulder to waistline via nipple. It should be measured the same way as #7 but continuing down to the waist
14 - Back waist circumstance - Distance from the same shoulder point you just measured from to the waistline via scapula (over your shoulder blade).
15 - Hips - Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
16 - Thigh Circumference
17 - Dress Length -This measurement is taken from the neckbone to the ground. Wearing the type of shoes you would like to wear with the dress, measure from the front of the neck to the ground. (To find your neckbone, reach back behind your head and feel for the bone. Please measure this size with the shoes.

There are 17 measurements for these dresses. The instructions are as follows:

2 - Waist - Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants. Keep your forefinger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit.
3 - Hips - Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
4 - Upper Bust - Stand, measure around your body above the fullest part of the bust via your armpit.
5 - Under Bust - Stand, measure around your body below the fullest part of the bust. A good guide is where the band of your bra sits under your breasts.
6 - Breast Height - Stand, measure from shoulder to nipple. Think of following your bra strap from the top of your shoulder to the nipple
7 - Shoulder to Waist - Stand, measure the distance from shoulder to waistline via nipple. It should be measured the same way as #6 (Breast Height) but continuing down to the waist
8 - Outer Leg - From the point at which you measured your waist to the floor WITH shoes on.
9 - Armhole - Stand, measure your arm root via shoulder edge, front armpit and back armpit. Think of it as going from the edge of your shoulder, down around your armpit and back up to your shoulder.
10 - Shoulder to Shoulder - The distance between two Shoulder joint (the end points of your shoulders) with arms drooping naturally, taken at back.

17 - Hollow to Hem - This measurement is taken from the neckbone to the ground. Wearing the type of shoes you would like to wear with the dress, measure from the front of the neck to the ground. (To find your neckbone, reach back behind your head and feel for the bone. Please measure this size with the shoes.)
